Journalist and Internet Person

I am a freelance journalist, writer and digital all-rounder.

I regularly write for SBS, and have recently been published in Kill Your Darlings, Junkee, Overland, and Vice. I appeared at the National Young Writer’s Festival earlier this year.

Over the past few years, I have worked as an editor for Express Media’s Buzzcuts program, managed social media for a documentary about young refugees, and written a series of profiles on renowned Australian artists.

Prior to life as a freelancer, I spent two years as a Multiplatform Reporter for the ABC in various locations around Western Australia. I also wrote music reviews for Guardian Australia, and spent several years as a music writer for streetpress magazines.

Check out some of my recent work here, if you like.

If you need a writer, copywriter, social media manager, or digital consultant – I’m available for freelance and casual projects. You can email me here to see clippings or project examples.

P.S. I also run an online store selling vintage clothing for ladies with junk in the trunk. You can find it here!
